Our organization is committed to ensuring accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We operate a VOIP-based call centre that provides real-time voice communication services to clients and employees in conformance with EN301549 . Although we do not offer a web or mobile interface, we strive to make our services inclusive and accessible.

 

Our services are available through both telephony and email allowing customers to choose suitable method of contact. We are committed to responding promptly and providing alternative communication methods where feasible.

 

We are reviewing our internal processes and technologies to improve accessibility. This includes training our staff to support users with hearing or speech impairments and evaluating the integration of assistive technologies into our VOIP systems.
